1. Who we are

Leadership Applied is a leadership training programme operated by Equanimo, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands. We are the data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data as described in this policy.

For questions about how we handle your personal data, contact us at the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.

2. What data we collect

When you register interest or sign up for a training: your name, email address, company name, and any other information you provide through the registration form.

When you visit our website: basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies.

When you contact us by email: the content of your messages and your email address.

3. Why we process your data

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To respond to your registration or enquiry (legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures)
• To deliver the training you have signed up for, including invoicing and logistics (legal basis: performance of a contract)
• To send you information about future cohorts or related offerings, but only if you have given explicit consent (legal basis: consent)
• To comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting requirements (legal basis: legal obligation)

4. Who we share your data with

We share your data only with third-party services that are necessary to operate our business:

• Tally (tally.so) — for registration forms. Tally processes form submissions on our behalf. Their servers are located in the EU.
• Google Workspace / Gmail — for email communication. Google processes data under their data processing agreement, with data stored in the EU where configured.
• DreamHost (dreamhost.com) — for website hosting. Our website does not collect personal data directly. DreamHost may process basic server logs (such as IP addresses) as part of standard web hosting operations.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data with anyone beyond what is described above.

5. How long we keep your data

Registration and contact data: for the duration of our business relationship, plus up to 2 years for follow-up communication, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Invoicing and financial data: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.

Website technical data: not stored beyond the current session.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

7. Cookies

This website does not currently use cookies or tracking technologies. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent where required.

8. International transfers

We aim to keep all data processing within the EU/EEA. Where a third-party processor stores data outside the EEA (for example, Google), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

1. Wie we zijn

Leadership Applied is een leiderschapstraining aangeboden door Equanimo, een eenmanszaak geregistreerd in Nederland. Wij zijn de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens zoals beschreven in dit beleid.

Voor vragen over hoe wij met uw persoonsgegevens omgaan, kunt u contact opnemen via bovenstaand e-mailadres. U heeft ook het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

2. Welke gegevens we verzamelen

Wanneer u zich aanmeldt of inschrijft voor een training: uw naam, e-mailadres, bedrijfsnaam en eventuele andere informatie die u via het aanmeldformulier verstrekt.

Wanneer u onze website bezoekt: basale technische gegevens zoals uw IP-adres, browsertype en bezochte pagina's. Wij gebruiken momenteel geen analytics of tracking cookies.

Wanneer u ons per e-mail benadert: de inhoud van uw berichten en uw e-mailadres.

3. Waarom we uw gegevens verwerken

Wij verwerken uw persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doeleinden:

• Om te reageren op uw aanmelding of vraag (rechtsgrond: gerechtvaardigd belang / precontractuele maatregelen)
• Om de training waarvoor u zich heeft ingeschreven te verzorgen, inclusief facturering en logistiek (rechtsgrond: uitvoering van een overeenkomst)
• Om u te informeren over toekomstige cohorten of gerelateerd aanbod, maar alleen als u hiervoor uitdrukkelijk toestemming heeft gegeven (rechtsgrond: toestemming)
• Om te voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen zoals fiscale en boekhoudkundige vereisten (rechtsgrond: wettelijke verplichting)

4. Met wie we uw gegevens delen

Wij delen uw gegevens alleen met externe dienstverleners die nodig zijn voor onze bedrijfsvoering:

• Tally (tally.so) — voor aanmeldformulieren. Tally verwerkt formulierinzendingen namens ons. Hun servers staan in de EU.
• Google Workspace / Gmail — voor e-mailcommunicatie. Google verwerkt gegevens op basis van hun verwerkersovereenkomst, met opslag in de EU waar geconfigureerd.
• DreamHost (dreamhost.com) — voor websitehosting. Onze website verzamelt geen persoonsgegevens rechtstreeks. DreamHost kan basale serverlogboeken (zoals IP-adressen) verwerken als onderdeel van standaard webhostingactiviteiten.

Wij verkopen uw gegevens niet aan derden. Wij delen uw gegevens met niemand anders dan hierboven beschreven.

5. Hoe lang we uw gegevens bewaren

Aanmeldings- en contactgegevens: gedurende de looptijd van onze zakelijke relatie, plus maximaal 2 jaar voor vervolgcommunicatie, tenzij u ons eerder vraagt deze te verwijderen.

Facturerings- en financiele gegevens: 7 jaar, zoals vereist door de Nederlandse belastingwetgeving.

Technische websitegegevens: worden niet opgeslagen na de huidige sessie.

6. Uw rechten

Op grond van de AVG heeft u het recht om:

• Inzage te krijgen in de persoonsgegevens die wij van u bewaren
• Onjuiste gegevens te laten corrigeren
• Verwijdering van uw gegevens te verzoeken
• Verwerking te beperken of hiertegen bezwaar te maken
• Uw gegevens in een overdraagbaar formaat te ontvangen
• Toestemming op elk moment in te trekken (wanneer verwerking op toestemming is gebaseerd)

7. Cookies

Deze website maakt momenteel geen gebruik van cookies of trackingtechnologieen. Als dit in de toekomst verandert, zullen wij dit beleid bijwerken en waar vereist uw toestemming vragen.

8. Internationale overdrachten

Wij streven ernaar alle gegevensverwerking binnen de EU/EER te houden. Wanneer een externe verwerker gegevens buiten de EER opslaat (bijvoorbeeld Google), zorgen wij ervoor dat passende waarborgen aanwezig zijn, zoals Standaard Contractbepalingen.

9. Wijzigingen in dit beleid

Wij kunnen dit beleid van tijd tot tijd bijwerken. De datum "laatst bijgewerkt" bovenaan deze pagina geeft de meest recente versie weer. Bij belangrijke wijzigingen zullen wij redelijke inspanningen doen om u hiervan op de hoogte te stellen.
